All refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee.

1. Refund requests received prior to team selection for all levels will only be subject to the processing fee.  

2. Refund requests received after team selection but prior to the first scheduled practice for all levels will be eligible for a 50% refund plus the processing fee.

3. Refund requests received after the first scheduled practice are not eligible for refunds. If you feel there are special circumstances (e.g. injury or family move), the WTGS Board will review. However, even special circumstances will only be eligible for up to a 50% refund plus the processing fee.
